All categories considered, out of 250 French companies with more than 500 employees, analyzed in the survey carried out by Le Point and the independent Statista Institute, Icade ranks 1st in France in this 2022 annual ranking.
Reducing our carbon footprint is an absolute priority for Icade, which has made it one of the pillars of its 2019-2023 strategy. Fortunately Icade had been clearly committed to low-carbon construction for 15 years, with a sharp acceleration since 2015. We have enshrined this priority in our Raison d'être, which was adopted in 2020 and now features as a preamble to the company's bylaws.
Icade's CSR policy, in line with its raison d'être, is at the heart of the Group's strategy and management culture. It is based on solid governance and ongoing dialogue with its stakeholders, and revolves around three pillars: environmental, societal and social.
With this 1st place in the Le Point-Statista ranking, Icade is truly proud to be recognized for its work and commitment to building more inclusive places with a reduced carbon footprint.
