Right to information

Different levels:

Three levels (data collection form, privacy notices, Data Protection Policy):

  • Data collection form : Level 1 information will be the standard wording on each data collection form, for desktop, web and mobile versions. The only aspect that may differ from one form to another will relate to its ultimate purpose.  More changes may be made in connection with responsive form pages.

“In order to respond to your request, ICADE must process your personal data. For more information, click here.”

  • Privacy notices : Level 2 information is specific to each processing. All Level 2 notices may be stored on a single page which is not directly accessible. Level 1 information will link directly towards the relevant paragraph. The goal is to have a Level 2 in which data is easily displayed and understandable.
