In order to become a member of the community, ICADE collects the following personal data based on its legitimate interests:

  • Surname
  • First name
  • Email address
  • IP address
  • Relevant business park(s) 
  • Occupation

All fields marked with an asterisk on data collection forms must be filled in. Failure to do so will result in ICADE being unable to process your request.

In addition, in order to offer personalised content, identify your browsing habits, improve its website and application, ICADE collects the following data subject to you giving your explicit consent:  

  • Browsing data
2. Automated individual decision-making

No automated decision-making is based on the processing referred to above.

3. Data sharing and international transfers

We share your data with ICADE’s internal departments and service providers. They will process such data solely within the confines of the aforementioned purposes.

Should ICADE transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will only do so in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. For international transfers, ICADE relies solely on adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission or standard contractual clauses which will be entered into with third parties. We are all committed to processing your personal data securely.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection, unless otherwise specified by law.
