The fully refurbished building was designed by TOGU ARCHITECTURE.
It was awarded the BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-out “Good” rating and BBC Effinergie Rénovation 2009 certification and will feature innovative coworking spaces and services. The building consists of a ground floor and four upper floors.
With this building Icade strengthens its position as an investor in office property in the major French cities outside Paris. It is the Office Property Investment Division’s third completion in Marseille over the last nine months, following Le Castel in July 2019 and Eko Active in November 2019, with total completions of 13,800 sq.m.
