In accordance with the provisions of the Law for the Freedom to Choose One's Professional Future of September 5, 2018, aimed at promoting equal pay for women and men, Icade publishes its Professional Equality Index every year.

For 2022, with an overall score of 96/100, Icade confirms its commitment to gender equality and the promotion of gender diversity.

This annual index makes it possible to assess progress in terms of gender equality through objective indicators, and to implement corrective actions where necessary. It is based on the measurement of pay gaps between women and men, in individual increases and promotions between women and men, increases on return from maternity leave, and the gender breakdown of the ten highest-paid employees.

This index covers the following five indicators:

1. pay gap (36/40 points),
2. distribution of individual increases (20/20 points),
3. distribution of promotions (15/15 points),
4. percentage of women receiving an individual increase after maternity leave (15/15 points),
5. parity in top pay (10/10 points).

This score reflects Icade's determination to ensure equal treatment for women and men, its vigilance in complying with the indicators required by law, and its commitment to strengthening professional equality within the Group on a daily basis.

In 2021, Icade also signed the parity charter of the Cercle des femmes de l'immobilier and is helping to define parity targets and results (recruitment, salaries, promotions, training) over a 4-year period.
