The Elsan group’s “Santé Atlantique” health complex in Saint-Herblain, in the Greater Nantes area, consists of the Atlantique Polyclinic, the Nantes Atlantique Hand Institute and the Sourdille Atlantique Institute of Ophthalmology. This nearly 60,000-sq.m complex is dedicated to acute care.
In the past two years, the site was refurbished and greatly extended in line with the operator’s desire to reconfigure its healthcare services. The two new buildings total 28,214 sq.m.
Icade Santé has mapped the building’s energy consumption in order to recommend measures to help the operator improve its environmental performance.
The new buildings are HQE certified with [[“a/an”] rating] rating
354 inpatient beds and 113 outpatient beds
2 operating suites of 13 and 18 rooms, respectively
1 four-unit barn operating theatre for eye surgery
