Located on the site of the Gobelins train station in the 13th district of Paris, the project entails the construction by 2024 of a complex consisting of a public garden, 4,500 sq.m of farmland and 4,600 sq.m dedicated to sport, as well as the modernisation of the existing 70,000 sq.m of underground warehouse space.
The project will consist of two new buildings providing spaces for sport and work, a last-mile logistics platform and a new garden creating an urban cool island on the Olympiades esplanade.
