The project
The building complex was used as a research centre by the former owner. The overall area is approx. 25,298 m2
with a total of six buildings, each 1–3 levels high. The main building offers a total surface area of approx. 5,900 m2 ; on the ground floor and 1st floor are a laboratory and service areas, plus crane routes with a load-bearing capacity of 1 t.

There are various ceiling spaces at a height of 2.73 m to approx. 5.20 m in the service/laboratory area.
The area is split out classically and is mainly single/double areas.
The plot will be transferred to future users renovated to today’s requirements.

LOCATION & ACCESS

Location
The building complex is located in the peaceful outskirts of the office city of Niederrad in an excellent position overlooking the A5 motorway.

Attached to the plot is the Colmarer Straße where two hotels, the "Motel One" and the "B&B Hotel" were recently built.
Access
The high speed S-Bahn station Niederrad is just one stop away from the main station, and just two stops from Rhine-Main airport.

The high speed S-Bahn station connects with bus routes 51 and 78. The A5 and Frankfurt intersection are soon reached by private car.
