This business was developed in 1998 to support the property portfolio of a Caisse des Dépôts investment fund managed by Ixis AEW, in Prague. These services are managed in a 50-50 partnership with PBW, a local property investment company, which handles the multi-services activities and manages 45,000 sq m. of offices and retail businesses in the Czech Republic.
