Hervé Manet holds a graduate degree in economics from the IEP Institute of Political Science in Lyon, France.  

He worked for SAE for 17 years, including 6 years as head of its property development business in the Paris region (Ile-de-France), before serving as Chairman of Bouwfonds Marignan Immobilier for 8 years. 

Hervé Manet will become the Ile-de-France President for the French Property Developers Association (Fédération des Promoteurs Constructeurs) in February 2008.

Hervé Manet joined ICADE on 19 November 2007 as head of the Property Development division and member of the Executive Committee.
