Icade activities

In addition to its Investment and Development businesses, Icade offers property services which form an indirect part of its commercial property strategy. Following the divestment of property management towards individuals and of facilities management in 2009, this area of services is now principally dedicated to institutional investors with property management and consultancy activities, to which is added a Solutions business which comprises property engineering, safety and security services and transaction services.

As part of its property management activities, Icade takes over the operational and technical management of commercial and residential properties.

Through its Serviced Residences division, Icade provides students and mobile workers with residences which are strategically located in major university towns.

Icade supports investors in their large-scale property projects with consultancy and expertise, advising them on their strategy and valuing their assets.

With the creation, in 2009, of a Solutions division which comprises all property strategy activities (from transaction to asset security), Icade now provides a total solution to its clients, whether private or institutional owners.
