 Icade’s commercial property development activities cover off-plan sales, property development, project-owner support and restoration contracts.

Our areas of excellence

Icade develops and markets head offices, tall buildings and shopping centres.

In 2009, the Company thus delivered the Odysseum shopping centre in Montpellier, commenced major  renovation work on the H20 building in Rueil-Malmaison, and delivered prestigious office projects in the  regions: Le Quadrille, Le Carat and Pixel in Lyon, Cap Constellation, the first high environmental quality (HQE®) building in Toulouse.

In 2009, the portfolio of projects in development stood at 118 million euros, and at 717 million euros for  projects being studied.
