Icade aims to be a complete property developer positioned with the three main players in France. This objective means that it will need to be present across all segments of the sector: housing, offices, shopping centres and public and healthcare.

In the commercial segments, Icade also continues to develop synergies with the Property Investment division and, at the same time, to create projects for external investors.
