Icade is a leader :

- in the area of public-private partnerships (PPP),
- the construction of administrative or public establishments (teaching, cultural centres, police stations, etc.) and healthcare establishments (hospitals, private clinics, EHPAD, etc.) due to its strong local and proven expertise.

Under delegated project ownership and project-developer assistance contracts, it supports its public and private clients in constructing complex property programmes.

In 2009 :
 
- the MAE archives centre was delivered within a PPP and inaugurated in La Courneuve ;
- the annex to the Meaux police station was also inaugurated within a PPP.

As at 31st December 2009, Icade’s portfolio of projects :

- underway was 248,900 m²,
- 14,800 m² being studied.
