The Aubervilliers Millénaire shopping centre is the second shopping centre to obtain HQE® Commerce® certification in France. The ground-breaking design of the Millénaire shopping centre was part of a pilot project to define the norm. It was also awarded a BREEAM® Very Good environmental certification.
