Offering sustainable products and services entails, first and foremost, providing our clients with solutions to sustainably renew existing property assets that we manage on their behalf. It also entails building the cities of tomorrow. All our new building permits are now BBC certified. Icade also offers in its own properties and those of its clients, a range of services and advice to prepare the way for buildings that are respectful of the environment and represent a new vision of city life.
BBC renovations
Icade has extended energy renovation processes, by which buildings can obtain BBC certification, for all the properties it manages. We also implement environmental operational and management methods to reduce the pollution levels of existing buildings and make them more environmentally friendly and in the final count, sustainable investments. By signing green leases and establishing an ongoing information policy, we are able to involve owners, residents and users in our approach.
