20 December 2011 Icade delivers the first housing units of the “Le Clos Saint-Michel" eco-district in Chevilly-Larue (94). The eco-district integrates a social and generational mix. Housing units adapted to the ageing of the population have been developed in this project. |

7 December 2011 The first stone is laid for the renovation of the zoological park in Paris 12th. This renovation aims to improve the comfort and survival of the animals and to increase awareness amongst the general public by a biodiversity trail. |

3 October 2011 The Association France GBC, chaired by Serge Grzybowski, Chairman and CEO of Icade, receives the "World Established" title by the "World Green Building Council", thereby validating the status and actions of France GBC abroad."France GBC" is a national association, bringing together players in sustainable construction and real estate, and belongs to the World Green Building Council. |
19 September 2011 Icade actively participates in “Green building week” by organising an exhibition and competition around its HQE® shopping centre “Le Millénaire” in Aubervilliers.This international week aims to increase public awareness of sustainable development in the building sector. |
20 May 2011 The first stone is laid for the "Spi West" office building in Lyon. This office building integrates a state-of-the-art bioclimatic design and targets “zero energy”. "Spi West" received the "2011 innovation prize” from the Pyramides d'argent. |
27 April 2011 Within the mandate for the CB 20-Les Miroirs tower at La Defense, Icade receives HQE® Operation certification for this office building. This is a first for a building of this type. |
26 April 2011 Inauguration of the “Le Millénaire” shopping centre in Aubervilliers. With a surface area of 56,000m², it is the 2nd shopping centre in France to receive HQE® Commerce® certification. It has also received BREEAM® Very Good environmental certification. |
1 March 2011 Icade inaugurates its first HQE® low-consumption office building (BBC): the "Lumine&Sens" in Bordeaux. |
4 February 2011 Icade obtains HQE® Operation certification for its head office "Le Millénaire 1" in Paris 19th. This certification involves follow-up and progress on the environmental performance of the office building. |
