Sales Advisor

This job consists in selling housing to private customers and investors.
Sales Advisors are required to build quality relationships and provide operational support to the Programme Director. Their main responsibilities include:

Business management

  • Prepare a weekly status report on prospective customers
  • Create and maintain partnership relations with banks
  • Ensure that customers have all relevant information 
  • Help define and oversee the production of sales tools and documents

Marketing

  • Greet customers arriving at the sales office
  • Meet reservation objectives for assigned programmes
  • Analyse the property market and competition
  • Help define business action plans
  • Help define and oversee the production of sales tools and documents 
  • Input expertise as regards tax regulations and finance
