Property Consultant

Property Consultants report to their section Director. They are responsible for facilitating the implementation and progress of assignments within their sector: advice on property strategy and transactions, property evaluation, project management and management support. They may manage a project implementation team within a given scope.
Their main responsibilities include:

Enhancing satisfaction

  • Organise and steer evaluation assignments
  • Manage work projects and ensure customer satisfaction

Enhancing organisational efficiency

  • Ensure an efficient organisational structure
  • Ensure effective coordination between players

Developing a specific project team

  • Share experience and expertise
  • Ensure that the team works together effectively
  • Support projects that aim to grow the Evaluation department
