Project/Programme Manager

This job consists in organising and managing a set of property development operations from the design stage to final delivery according to the project schedule. Project/Programme Managers are supported by a specialised team and other professional partners (architects, engineering design firms, economists, audit firms, etc.) and have extensive technical, legal and financial knowledge. Their main responsibilities include:

Organising and overseeing operations

  • Organise, finalise and oversee operations
  • Negotiate agreements with companies
  • Obtain the appropriate quality labels and compliance certificates
  • Complete the required administrative procedures

Development and finance

  • Control all cost parameters
  • Drive profit margins
  • Track the budget and ensure management control

Overseeing marketing

  • Prepare the bills of sale and associated documents  
  • Verify the legal framework: bills of sale and joint ownership agreements
  • Oversee reservations
  • Ensure after-sales customer service
