Project/Programme Manager
This job consists in organising and managing a set of property development operations from the design stage to final delivery according to the project schedule. Project/Programme Managers are supported by a specialised team and other professional partners (architects, engineering design firms, economists, audit firms, etc.) and have extensive technical, legal and financial knowledge. Their main responsibilities include:
Organising and overseeing operations
- Organise, finalise and oversee operations
- Negotiate agreements with companies
- Obtain the appropriate quality labels and compliance certificates
- Complete the required administrative procedures
Development and finance
- Control all cost parameters
- Drive profit margins
- Track the budget and ensure management control
Overseeing marketing
- Prepare the bills of sale and associated documents
- Verify the legal framework: bills of sale and joint ownership agreements
- Oversee reservations
- Ensure after-sales customer service
