Management Controller

Management Controllers are responsible for optimising the financial performance of their department. As such, their main responsibilities include:

Budget processes and medium-term planning

  • Work closely with individual managers to centralise processes
  • Steer processes according to budget constraints
  • Help define and implement a simulation tool for medium-term planning  

Company performance

  • Suggest new ways of enhancing company performance
  • Help conduct ad hoc and/or cross-functional analyses  

Operational oversight of service companies

  • Define procedures and management tools that can be used to track the profitability of individual teams and contracts
  • Identify, define and establish key performance indicators that can be used to appraise performance according to a particular strategy and alongside further indicators
  • Help analyse monthly statistics
