Legal advisor

Within the department of Insurance and Legal Affairs, Legal Advisors are responsible for helping the manager responsible for legal affairs and litigation provide legal support to operations-based group members in the property investment, development and services business lines and to corporate departments such as those responsible for communication and sustainable development.

Their main responsibilities include:

Negotiating and drafting:

  • Commercial leases (shopping centres, business properties, serviced residences)
  • Contracts with services providers, suppliers, etc.

Overseeing the group's off-balance-sheet commitments

Advising operations-based staff members and raising awareness of legal issues in their field

Helping track legal changes
