Customer Account Manager
Customer Account Managers are responsible for managing commercial leases on property lots, primarily for private investor owners. Their main responsibilities include:
Marketing
- Canvass new customers and keep the file of prospective customers up to date
- Develop corporate partnerships and agreements
- Help compile sales reports
- Visit flats with prospective new tenants and facilitate their arrival
Operations
- Manage lease files, especially rent collection
- Handle reporting
Customer relations
- Manage day-to-day contact with customers, respond to and process requests for information and handle complaints
- Leverage all available resources to enhance service provision and promote the property
