Customer Account Manager

Customer Account Managers are responsible for managing commercial leases on property lots, primarily for private investor owners. Their main responsibilities include:

Marketing

  • Canvass new customers and keep the file of prospective customers up to date
  • Develop corporate partnerships and agreements
  • Help compile sales reports
  • Visit flats with prospective new tenants and facilitate their arrival

Operations

  • Manage lease files, especially rent collection
  • Handle reporting

Customer relations

  • Manage day-to-day contact with customers, respond to and process requests for information and handle complaints
  • Leverage all available resources to enhance service provision and promote the property
