Asset manager

Asset Managers are wholly responsible for a portfolio of property assets. They issue proposals for enhancing the value of the portfolio, implement these proposals and coordinate internal and external players.
Their main responsibilities include:

Business relations

  • Identify and propose means of enhancing customer loyalty and/or creating new customer needs
  • Know the market and competition well enough to leverage opportunities
  • Coordinate needs and ensure that all investment property assets yield a profit

Financial steering

  • Analyse financial returns, identify new sources of income and potential savings opportunities so as to propose new solutions
  • Draw up a business plan for each building and ensure that it is implemented, set budget targets
