Two letting successes for Icade in Boulogne and Aubervilliers

Icade is announcing the letting of 7,000m² to Endemol in the 521 building located in Aubervilliers in the Portes de Paris Business Park on the basis of a 9/12 years lease. This 15,000m² HQE certified building is now 2/3 let as it was already partly let to La Fnac and Rexel. It is very closely from the future Front Populaire metro station which will open in December 2012.

Besides, Icade has signed a first lease of 3,600m² in La Factory with the sports TV channel Al Jazeera Sports France for a term of 9 years. This 14,000m² HQE certified new building is located in Boulogne-Billancourt.
