Serge Grzybowski

Serge Grzybowski began his career as a civil servant with the Caisse des Dépôts from 1983 to 1987 , before moving on, notably to the Bourdais group (corporate property consultancy), of which he became deputy managing director.

In September 1992 he joined Banque la Henin (SUEZ group) as deputy managing director, then managing director, and from 1997 to 2000 he was director of BDPME, CEPME and Sofaris.

In  2001, Serge Grzybowski became managing director of Gecina until January 2006, when he joined  HSBC  as property consultant and director of financial institutions.

On 1 August 2007, Serge Grzybowski was appointed chairman and CEO of Icade, proposed by Augustin de Romanet, managing director of the Caisse des Dépôts.

In October 2010, Serge Grzybowski was elected chairman of France GBC  (Green Building Council).
