Jean-Philippe Pautou

Jean-Philippe Pautou is a graduate of the ESSEC business school (1985).
He began his career with Arthur Andersen as an organisation and management consultant (from 1985 to 1991). He then joined the André group as a management controlle r (from 1991 to 1996).
In 1996, he became a human resources manager, firstly in the André group , then, as from 2002, in the Transat group (Canadian group of tour operators) and finally, in 2006, within the Acticall group (French customer relations group).
Jean-Philippe Pautou joined Icade on 1st December 2010 in the capacity of a member of the executive committee in charge of human relations .
