Antoine Fayet
Head of the residential property investment division, deputy director for the Grand Paris project
After graduating from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and undertaking his postgraduate studies in economics at Panthéon-Sorbonne, Antoine Fayet began his career with the Générale des Eaux group as deputy managing director of the Aquitaine subsidiary of Phenix.
In 1982 he joined the property group Nouveaux Constructeurs, and became a member of its senior management in 1995?? having held a number of senior positions.
In 1997 Antoine Fayet joined Icade G3A , an Icade Business Unit, as regional agency director, before becoming its chairman in 2002 .
Formerly managing director of C3D from 2004 to 2005, he was then appointed director of the residential property market at Icade, and a member of the management committee.
In November 2007, Antoine Fayet took responsibility for the residential property investment division and then of the commercial property investment division from December 2008 to May 2010.
A member of Icade’s executive committee, Antoine Fayet was appointed deputy director for the Grand Paris project on 7 May 2010.
