Residalya—the tenth largest private nursing home operator in France, with 34 facilities and over 2,500 beds—will remain the operator of these 14 facilities, under 12-year leases with no break options. The facilities are new or recent and total nearly 1,300 inpatient and outpatient beds in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Hauts-de-France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Through this transaction, Icade Santé has reinforced its position as the leader in healthcare real estate, with a portfolio of close to €4.2 billion (1) and annualised rental income of over €234 million (1).
