Asset management is one of Icade's core Property Management businesses.  Icade optimises the rental, technical, financial, administrative, legal and accounts management of the property assets of its corporate clients, private owners, property asset managers and overseas investment funds, throughout the whole of France.

From the vacating of premises or buildings to the signing of the lease, we offer a range of services:

  • asset valuation and management of relations with tenants,
  • optimisation of rental management and properties rented,
  • co-ordination of the technical management of buildings,
  • development of a management policy in compliance with regulations and environmental issues,
  • control of risks related to assets.

Representation in relations with authorities and tenants

Thanks to its expertise on different property markets, Icade guarantees the representation of its clients in their dealings with authorities and tenants, manages legal proceedings, financial flows and information systems. Icade is a member of several professional bodies, ensuring it can keep its clients up to date on developments in property.

 Icade manages 5,500,000 m² of property in France.
