Asset steering is one of Icade's core Property Management businesses. As part of its high-performance approach, Icade commits to managing the property assets (commercial, logistics platforms, health centres, etc.) of its customers like profit centres, with central co-ordination across the whole territory. Icade optimises the organisation of assets and subcontracted contracts on behalf of its clients: owners, investors, corporate property asset managers.

Icade offers its customers a steering contract with technical consultancy missions relating to a varied portfolio of property assets:

  • complete inspection audit of properties,
  • technical and environmental management of your offices, industrial sites, logistics platforms; client representation in relations with administrative and legal authorities and insurance organisations; delegation of actions in the client’s name,
  • management of financial flows, monitoring of the regulatory and legal environments, proposal of a property IT system software,
  • accounts and financial management.
