Icade owns buildings outsourced by the government, which it leases to government departments and local authorities, either directly or through PPPs (public-private partnerships).

As a provider of government contracts, Icade invests in buildings outsourced by the government and leases them to public sector users such as government departments and local authorities.

For example, Icade owns an office building in Levallois-Perret (92), an office building in Périgueux (24) rented to the department of health and social affairs, and a state nursery in Blagnac (31). It also owns holdings in companies operating PPP contracts.
