Icade operates its office investment activity in attractive cities in Ile-de-France, in the south and west of Paris. Icade selects offices buildings of character with strong green credentials. They are home to well-known companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers, based at the Crystal Park  building in Neuilly-sur-Seine, LCL Bank at Villejuif in the Metropolitan office development, and Heineken and DBAparrel, housed in the H²O building in Rueil-Malmaison.

HQE® office buildings

Icade holds and manages more than 218,000 m² of HQE® offices representing the latest in sustainable design. All its new office buildings are HQE®  certified at the very least. Icade is also carrying out a major restructuring project at the EQHO Tower in La Défense : 80,000 m2  of offices that will eventually receive the labels HQE® , THPE and BREEAM (Very Good).

An exemplary office portfolio :

  • recent buildings, with 68% of assets built or restructured in the past 10 years (in value),
  • a very high occupation rate (95% at 31 December 2011),
  • long leases of 6.1 years on average (at 31 December 2011).
