Icade owns two shopping centres: Odysseum in Montpellier and Le Millénaire in Aubervilliers. These two Icade projects are outstanding examples of urban development and energy efficiency.As an integrated operator, Icade designs, builds, markets and manages innovative, large-scale commercial projects.

Le Millénaire shopping centre in Aubervilliers, leading the way in sustainable development

Le Millénaire shopping centre covers 56,000 m² and was opened on 26 April 2011. It houses 140 shops and restaurants surrounded by 12,000 m2  of green space and water. Le Millénaire shopping centre is the first of its size to obtain HQE® and BREEAM certifications as soon as it opened, and integrates harmoniously with its existing environment.

Odysseum shopping centre (Montpellier): combining shopping and leisure

In Montpellier, the Odysseum shopping centre is a place for enjoyment and relaxation.  Opened in September 2009, it deploys 55,400 m² of commercial space including the entertainment centre, arranged around a series of open spaces and parks. Odysseum is easy to access: the tramway station located at the heart of the complex provides direct links to central Montpellier.
