Icade’s business parks: a campus for companies on the outskirts of Paris

Icade is building the city of the future. It owns prime land covering 80 hectares of business parks across three districts: Paris 19th , Saint Denis and Aubervilliers.
At these sites, Icade has created the “business campus” concept combining diverse activities across a range of sectors, with a strong ethos of sustainability.
It has four distinct sites: Le Millénaire, Les Portes de Paris, Le Pont de Flandre and Le Mauvin. They total 475,000 m² dedicated to business premises, offices and shops leased to more than 300 companies at 31 December 2012. New projects are in the pipeline, all built to HQE® standards.
