Icade is France's second biggest commercial property investor.  It holds a first class property portfolio focused on offices  and business parks  in Ile-de-France, and shopping centres  and healthcare institutions  throughout the country.

Valued at more than € 6.7 billion, Icade’s property portfolio is managed according to two main principles :

  • increasing the portfolio, particularly by developing and enhancing its property assets.
  • a cutting edge environmental approach to both new builds and existing buildings.
     

At the core of its portfolio, Icade owns and develops 4 business parks  covering nearly 80 hectares, forming a series of “business campuses” ideally located in the north of Paris.A portfolio of office buildings   in Paris, La Défense and to the south and west of Paris complement these business parks.

 Icade owns 45 healthcare institutions   located across France, and 3 public sector buildings . Icade also has a portfolio of commercial property comprising 2 shopping centres,   36 Mr.Bricolage stores and a number of warehouses .
 
 At 31 December 2011, Icade also held a portfolio of nearly 4,500 residential units, currently in the process of arbitrage.
