Through its Le Millénaire shopping centre project in Aubervilliers (93) [lien vers la fiche référence], Icade contributed to the development of the HQE® Commerces® certification system. Le Millénaire also obtained BREEAM® certification – “very good” (equivalent to the British HQE® ). Le Millénaire is the first shopping centre to receive both these certifications in Europe.
