For more than 30 years, Icade Arcoba has intervened as a design office for all building trades. Its 150 employees are located across France  and operate in different business sectors.

ISO 9001 certified for more than six years for all its businesses, Icade Arcoba intervenes as a specialist design office in different types of project:

Engineering for the long term

Since 2005, Icade Arcoba has had the necessary tools to undertake projects that benefit from the very highest energy performance labels. Icade Arcoba intervenes in “energy plus” offices and "Passiv-Hauss” housing. Studies of these buildings take into account ambitious energy targets and all environmental issues relating to occupant health and comfort, as well as the choice of materials.

Icade Arcoba is in a position to obtain, on behalf of the contractor, HQE® , BREEAM and LEED environmental certification with its team of environmental engineers.

Because sustainability in buildings does not just relate to performances at the design stage, Icade Arcoba can work with contractors on budget forecasts for the running of buildings and the introduction of appropriate organisations to achieve their performance targets. Operational engineers are responsible for this aspect and arrange follow-up performance audits.

Icade Arcoba has also put in place a team dedicated to existing buildings in order to plan their ongoing improvement and define ambitious renovation projects.

By intervening throughout the lifecycle of buildings, Icade Arcoba offers design and technical management solutions, and aims to meet all the sustainability concerns of its clients through long-term partnerships.
